WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove outside cover and wash separately on gentle cycle, warm water (40°C), inside out with zippers closed. Tumble dry on a cool heat setting and remove promptly at cycle end. Do not iron or dry clean. Do not machine wash memory foam insert.

Hard as a brick

I made a big mistake in buying this pillow. A friend had a different Milly pillow that felt great, and so I bought this one based on that. But this model is ridiculously stiff and hurt my head after 5 minutes of use. I'm now stuck with a useless and expensive pillow I can't return. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed in this brand.

Fell for the gimmick

I went into QEHome a couple of days ago because I needed a new pillow. I was very specific with the sales woman, I specifically asked “Does this memory foam pillow become hard in a cold environment?” and she said No. I told her that we sleep with the windows open, the heat off and the fan going and she assured me that the pillow would become hard. I asked because there are memory foam pillows that turn into a brick in the winter. She promised me that this pillow did not do that. Either she’s grossly misinformed or she lied. Not only does the pillow turn into a brick. It makes me sweat. I’ve slept on it three times and each time my hair is wet from sweat and my neck hurts. This of course was a final sale, no refunds due to sanitary reasons. I do not recommend this pillow.
