WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a square cushion cover will enhance the life of your pillow. Machine wash as infrequently as possible to maintain pillow loft. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and bleach-free detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. To maintain the plumpness of the filling and keep it from clumping as it dries, we suggest using QE Home Wool Dryer Balls. Adding dry towels when in the dryer will reduce drying time. Be sure pillow is completely dry before use.

The pillows themselves are really nice but it’s the packaging the bothers me. I’ve bought the pillows in a vacuumed sealed bag as it’s easier mailing it this way. But for some reason there is always an air leak and the pillows puffs up. Not happy!!!

QE’s cushion inserts are awesome, are made with woven fabric and don’t have ‘dog ears’ (empty corners). They’re also a nice firmness.
